I enjoy places that offer both beauty and peace,where I can slow down, breathe deeply, and just be present.
One of my favorite travel destinations is the mountains or anywhere close to nature, places with fresh air, quiet trails, and wide skies. I find something healing about being away from noise and surrounded by trees or lakes.

But I’m also drawn to cities with culture and heart, places like Vancouver or Montreal, where you can explore vibrant neighborhoods, discover good plant-based food, and still find pockets of stillness.
