For me, creativity and energy are the sources of the pulse of life. And, within the desire to be immersed in creativity, I have developed an appreciation of life, gracefulness and beauty.

I like to walk or run the fine beaches of Lake Superior; mountain bike or cross country ski through the deep birch and pine forests; hit the museums, bookstores and clubs on trips to the city.

I like to travel -- recent destinations have been Paris and southern, eastern and central Europe including Crete, Athens, Vienna, Prague, Venice and the Alps. Most recently I have visited many of the great colonial cities and archeological sites of Mexico.

I enjoy the motion of light on water, music of many varieties, a delicious Indian or Thai veggie meal, dancing until the sweat runs down yoga and meditation, and a good workout!
